At TeaHaus, we strive for the perfect brew every time; however, due to the perishable nature of our loose-leaf teas, we can only accept returns on unopened accessories or incorrect shipments within 30 days of purchase. Please note that opened tea pouches cannot be returned to ensure the highest safety and quality standards for all our customers.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return.

  Ship the Product

  Once approved, securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After we inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
